Wanda Hale has stepped down from her post as vice-chair of our county committee. The Floyd Dems Executive Committee asked TracyAnn Costello to move up to that post, and selected Lori Willey to succeed TracyAnn as secretary.  These decisions were approved by committee membership at our January meeting.
